Salary and Benefits
We offer a starting salary depending on your skills ranging from £18,000 to £25,000.
You'll also get:

Training
Our learning and development programme helps graduates develop their personal, commercial and management skills. It’s structured yet flexible enough to meet your particular needs.
We believe it’s important that you get off on the right foot so you'll receive an extensive induction. This will give you the understanding of our customers and set the context of your role in the business. This will include spending time with the most senior members of our organization.
Your line manager will help you structure a training programme that’s right for you. We’re interested in what you do and how you do it, so we ensure you reach your full potential with us.
Your learning and development will always be our top priority.
Social Side
We want to make work enjoyable too. At SIMUL8 we put a large emphasis on providing time for everyone to get to know one another with the aim of creating a team not a company.
The last Friday afternoon of every month is social time. Sometimes we spend it in the pub, sometimes we do activities like quad biking or skiing. Whatever we do the whole afternoon is paid for by the company.
We also have social rooms in each of our offices stocked out with free snacks (healthy and wicked!) and games consoles. They're open all day so that you can re-charge your batteries whenever you need to.
