Graduate Programme
When you've completed your studies join our graduate program to begin your career.
Our graduate programme will expose you to all parts of our business. You’ll discover what makes our customers tick and what their needs are. You’ll also understand not just how the many different parts of SIMUL8 work, but how our in-depth relationships with our colleagues and customers provides the insight we need to produce smart, innovative software to solve complex business problems.
You'll receive lots of formal training but much of your day-to-day learning, will be on live projects. We believe there’s no substitute for experience and, as such, you can expect to work on a range of assignments from day one.
Industrial Placement
This programme is for students who take an industrial gap year as part of a four-year degree. During your 12 months with us, you’ll gain both real-life project experience and a genuine insight into our business. You’ll also have the chance to showcase your talents. Perform well, and we may even offer you a graduate position for the following year.
You’ll carry out the same kind of work and gain the same kind of client exposure as our graduate recruits. As well as practical experience, you’ll also get a flavor of what our graduate programme is really like.
Summer Internship
Come and work for us over your summer break and get invaluable real life experience. We don't expect you to do it for free - you'll be paid well.
We'll get you to work on one project that you'll be responsible for driving forward. You'll either be working on an internal project, or where possible we will get you working directly with our customers.
If you need to complete a project for your dissertation we can structure your placement to make sure it meets your University's criteria.
