BUT we also give you the option and encourage you to move between programs. We want you to find the career that is right for you. So if our graduate programmes don't fit you, we'll make one to fit you. Our needs as a business are constantly evolving and as a result our career opportunities do too. Our graduate programmes aim to train you in business and make you adaptable rather than focus on forcing you into a box, so the above graduate programmes are guidelines only.
We encourage two distinct career paths: as a specialist in your area and as a leader. Both are financially rewarded the same because we want and need experts in our teams in contact with our customers as well as having great leaders. Our business success depends on both, but the path that you choose is up to you.
