We don't restrict the number of places open to graduates. If you're brilliant then we want to work with you so we'll make a position available for you.

We do not have a set closing date, we accept applications throughout the year.

A minimum of first degree level of 2:1 is
needed to apply. We don't mind what you're degree subject is. We believe if you're bright and innovative we can train you in the skills you'll need to fulfill your career aspirations. We do not have a minimum UCAS tariff requirement.

We have a 4 stage application process. You'll be asked to do a telephone interview, aptitude tests and two face to face interviews. The application process is designed to give you as much contact with different people in our organization as possible so that you have a chance to get to know us as well as us getting to know you.

Your application will be acknowledged on
receipt. We will then aim to advise you of your progress as quickly as
possible.

A suggested start date will be made with an
offer of employment. This will be based on the information you provide in your interview. We can be flexible and accommodate you, whether you want to start straight away or take some time off to see the world.

The salary and benefits package reflects your
technical knowledge, skills, individual performance and development -
and regular reviews ensure we continue to recognize your progress. The
starting salary for our 2010 intake will start at £19,000.
In
addition we have a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days'
annual leave.

As an IIP company, investment in Training and Development is a huge focus for us. All graduates will undertake a series of
training courses in their first year which are designed to introduce you
to the SIMUL8 way of business. Beyond this, training is not set in
stone and is tailored to the individual.

SIMUL8 is a global company so there are lots of opportunities
for world wide travel. We want you to get as much experience with our customers as possible so we actively encourage you to visit clients at their offices from day one.

There is no set dress code. It all depends on what you're doing. Obviously, if you're on a
client's site you need to project a certain style. If you're not, then you can wear what you like, if that's jeans that's fine with us.
