SIMUL8 Corporation produces world renowned dynamic, innovative discrete event simulation software. Our customers are located world-wide and include major corporations. Our core products and services focus on making our customers’ lives easier – improving decision making effectiveness, organizational efficiency, and communication.

Founded in 1994, our key strength lies in the specialist knowledge and extensive experience of our people. Our business is growing rapidly, we've seen 40% growth even in these tough times. We need more innovative, young, ambitious graduates to help us grow it even more.

"I never knew what career I wanted but I knew that I wanted it to be exciting and challenging and that I wanted to succeed.

Then I did a summer internship with SIMUL8 and I could see where I wanted to be. SIMUL8 was fast paced, pushing me to learn something new everyday. I was given lots of opportunities to work on projects most company's wouldn't let a graduate near.

I've worked in just about every department in SIMUL8 from consulting where I started to software development to marketing. I'm a jack of all trades you could say.

I've enjoyed every minute of all the roles and best of all it's given me the experience and strategic vision I needed to end up on the board of directors at just 29.
